DETAILS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

• Contest valid only for the Dominican Republic.

• Join us on our Pointer 2021 School Tour, where we will visit different establishments with excellent activities.

• The places where the activities will take place will be published on Instagram@pointerline.

• Share on your Instagram Stories a photo with your activity, taken during Tour Pointer 2021, with the hashtag #TourPointerRD and mentioning @pointerline.

• The Instagram account must be public, and they must follow the Instagram accounts of@pointerline.

• All creations will be published on @pointerline's Instagram Stories under the Featured TOUR 2021 RD.

• We will hold a virtual raffle with all the participants on September 30, once the Tour is over in all the participating stores.

• People must have met the publication requirements to be able to enter the virtual draw, and follow the mentioned accounts. If you do not use the hashtag #TourPointerRD and/or mention @pointerline, your participation will not be valid.

• Participants must be real people, and not accounts created exclusively to participate in the contest.

• No Instagram store accounts, commercial or establishment accounts, or Pointer Line collaborators participate.

• There will be 3 winners of 1 Tablet each.

• Winners will be announced on Instagram @pointerline on September 30.

• The winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message, who will have 5 business days to respond and coordinate the delivery of the prize.

• The prize will be delivered at the facilities of Prodimpa, Dominican Republic, during office hours to be coordinated with the winner.

• If any winner is a minor, they must be represented by a responsible adult for the coordination and delivery of the prize.

• The delivery of the prizes is physical, no shipments will be made.

• Failure to comply with any of the stipulated rules will result in the cancellation of the participant and/or winner.

• Prizes are not redeemable for cash or any other method or document of payment.

• The prize guarantee (TABLET) will be delivered to the person, who will be responsible for coordinating and making any claim about the product with the company where it was purchased. Neither Prodimpa nor Pointer Line are responsible for the operation and monitoring of product guarantees once it is delivered.

• Winners will have a maximum of 15 days to coordinate and withdraw the prize. If after that time the coordination or withdrawal has not been made, the prize will be declared void, and will be used for future activities of the brand.

• All participants agree to have read and agree with the Details, Terms and Conditions of this contest, once they make their publication to participate in it.

• All participants authorize Pointer Line to use the photos, images and content they publish on their social networks related to the contest, on Pointer Line's social networks as part of the promotion and dissemination of the contest, for a period of 6 months after your post.

• Failure to comply with any of the details, terms and conditions stipulated, will result in the cancellation of the participant and/or winner.
